FAQ

I'm really good at stating the obvious, so these may be a bit repetitive for you. Oh well. Here are some ~burning~ questions I know you want answered.

Where do you go to school? 

I attend The Pennsylvania State University, class of 2017. I am studying for two B.A. degrees: journalism and spanish. I will be entering my sophomore year this Fall. 

But I thought you said you're from Texas?

I am! I just moved to Pennsylvania temporarily for school. Texas is where my heart is, though. 

What's your favorite kind of pizza? 

I feel so honored that you asked. Thin crust, extra sauce, with green peppers and pepperoni as toppings. Feel free to send a pie my way, I wouldn't mind. 

Favorite kind of coffee? 

Seriously, I feel SO cool that you're asking me these questions. And I'm known for not having a favorite type of drink. When I'm on the run I mix it up, depending on how I'm feeling that day. But when I'm making a cup at home, I go for lots of cream and sugar. (I know, I'm not very hardcore.)

What does your blog name mean?/Where did you come up with it? 

Well, teatime has been the name of my tumblr ever since I was 14, and it always seemed like the right fit for me. (Just a side note, if you check out my tumblr, my url is "thingslikeamore" but my blog title over there is "teatime" because, again, the url "teatime" was already claimed. I know, it's confusing.) The reason I chose 'teatime' is because I have always found comfort and relaxation in browsing blogs, youtube channels, tumblrs, pinterests, etc. It's similar to taking an hour at the end of the day to grab a cup of tea (or coffee, I don't discriminate here on Teatime) and read a book. When people come to my blog, I want them to feel entertained and feel at home. So think of my blog as 'teatime' and grab yourself a cuppa. :) 

Why isn't your url "teatime"? 

Believe me, I tried. But some guy claimed it and writes, quite literally, about actual teatime. He also hasn't posted since 2002, so there's that.

I mean I can't complain at all. It's a good life. How's yours?
